Each floating cover is custom-fabricated to meet your containment needs -- whether it's for lagoon gas containment and collection, fume and odor control, or protection against evaporation or contamination of valuable reservoir contents.
Our exclusive anchor system allows easy removal and reattachment of the cover. This makes installation of the floating cover, and any periodic inspections, cleaning and reinstallation easier. In addition this system eliminates penetration in the cover which can cause tears.

Casings are comprised of board type insulation sandwiched between two layers of geomembrane creating an airtight "pillow" up to 7.5 feet wide and as long as 52.5 feet.

The Floating Cover utilizes a variety of geomembranes to provide a cost effective solution for heat loss, odor, algae growth and gas production in your basin, pond, lagoon, or tank.
Two types of covers are utilized. These can be broadly classified as modular & gas collection. This combination of modular and gas collection membranes produces a cover which requires no external gas or rainwater collection system, is portable, and requires little maintenance.
We can work with your engineering staff or completely design the floating cover system for you. The floating cover is manufactured inside our facility to maintain a controlled environment for consistent quality. We can then install the cover at your location, providing a turnkey package at less than half the cost of a typical floating cover.
