Geo-Dakota Series

GEO-DAKOTA B30BW is a geomembrane consisting of a select blend of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) containing carbon black and ultraviolet inhibitors to ensure protection against harmful UV degradation. High Performance LLDPE provides superior elongation impact strength and excellent tear resistance. GEO-DAKOTA B30BW does not contain plasticizers or additives that can leach to the surface causing premature aging.

GeoFlex 'H' Series

Co-extruded (Mono-Layer)

GeoFlex™ GEOH20B, GEOH30B and GEOH40B are coextruded geomembranes consisting of outer layers of virgin linear-low density polyethylene and an inner core of virgin and select reprocessed resin, designed to provide a high quality yet economical geomembrane. Available in 20, 30, & 40 mils, and in widths up to 200' wide or up to 90,000 square-foot panels.

GeoFlex 'HD' Series

GeoFlex HD-Series HD40 and HD60 are three layer coextruded geomembranes consisting of high-density polyethylene outer layers with an inner core of flexible and conforming linear-low-density polyethylene. The outer layers are formulated to provide an outstanding balance of environmental stress crack resistance and toughness, for excellent resistance to aqueous chemicals and solvents. GeoFlex is stabilized with carbon black, antioxidants and UV stabilizers for long-term exposed applications.

GeoFlex 'HT' Series

GeoFlex™ HT30 & HT40 are co-extruded textured linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) geomembranes containing carbon black and ultraviolet inhibitors to ensure protection against harmful UV degradation. HT Series one-side textured LLDPE provides increased friction, elongation and flexibility. Available in black and black/gray color options with the gray side providing a cooler surface against contrasting colors and a vital function for ease of damage detection during installation.

GeoFlex Ultra Black

GeoCHEM GeoFlex™ Ultra GEOHU20B, GEOHU30B and GEOHU40B are very flexible linear-low density polyethylene geomembranes. Virgin grade high-strength LLDPE provides exceptional elongation, tensile and impact strength. These are very flexible materials that will conform to almost any surface. GeoCHEM GeoFlex™ Ultra products are available in 20 mil up to 40 mil thicknesses and in widths up to 200' or up to 50,000 square-foot panels (20 mil).

GeoFlex Pro Series

GeoFlex™ Pro HP-Series HP30 and HP40 are co-extruded linear-low density polyethylene geomembranes developed for applications requiring enhanced flexibility along with a combination of high strength and impact resistance. These elements are critical for the pliability necessary in reliable, above ground tank lining systems, as well as earthen pits and ponds.

GeoFlex™ VF30B

GeoFlex™ VF30B membrane consists of prime very-low density black polyethylene (VLDPE) to provide extremely high elongation, tear resistance, and bursting strength. GeoFlex™ VF30B will remain flexible and conforming for challenging angles and terrains without stress cracking problems as often seen with high-density membranes. A minimum fine carbon black content of 2.0% provides excellent protection from UV rays and harsh weather conditions. Manufactured from virgin resins, GeoFlex™ VF30B does not contain plasticizers, which can migrate to the surface, causing premature aging.

GeoFlex™ V30B

GeoFlex V30B is a co-extruded membrane consisting of prime very-low-density black polyethylene (VLDPE) to provide extremely high elongation, tear resistance, and bursting strength. GeoCHEM 'E' Series

Extruded (Multi-Layer)

GeoCHEM E-Series is a multi-layer, coextruded, metallocene and linear low density polyethylene geomembrane with an anti-skid surface on both sides. Fine N110 carbon black and high performance stabilizers provide long-term protection from thermal oxidation and ultraviolet degradation. A combination of premium linear polyethylenes provide exceptional toughness, multi-axial elongation and impact resistance. GeoCHEM E-Series is used in lining and cover applications requiring good outdoor weatherability, toughness and puncture resistance.

Cross-Directional Scrim Reinforced Polyethylene (Smooth or Textured)

Geo-Skrim K Series geomembranes consist of linear low density polyethylene reinforced with dense cross-directional scrim reinforcement. In addition to excellent dimensional stability the K-Series reinforcement provides unmatched tear and puncture strength. Geo-Skrim K-Series membranes are formulated with thermal and UV stabilizers to assure a long service life. Geo-Skrim K Series are available with a smooth or textured surface. Textured K-Series combines both the exceptional performance characteristics of smooth K-Series with our exclusive GeoGrip™ surface texture consisting of durable random spikes and bidirectional bars for uniform stabilization and support. GEO-SKRIM® N-Series consists of flexible geomembranes, reinforced with a closely knit 9x9 weft-inserted polyester scrim fully encapsulated between two layers of highly UV stabilized lineal-low-density polyethylene. Exceptional toughness, high tensile and puncture strength is achieved with the combination of premium high strength polyethylene and dense scrim reinforcement. A highly stabilized formulation consisting of antioxidants, UV stabilizers, and carbon black provide excellent protection for long-term exposed applications. GEO-SKRIM® N-Series is manufactured from a chemically resistant LLDPE resin to provide excellent dimensional stability and cold flex crack performance. GEO-SKRIM® N-Series geomembranes are produced in the color black as standard and are available in other custom manufactured colors with minimum order quantity requirements.

GEO-SKRIM® N-Series meets the physical property values as stated in the Geosynthetics Research Institute; GRI-GM25 Standard Specification, and is certified under the NSP/ANSI Standard 61, Drinking Water System Components – Health Effects.

Diagonal Scrim Reinforced Polyethylene

Geo-Skrim R Series products are manufactured using outer layers of high-strength polyethylene and bonding layer(s) of molten polyethylene. Diagonal polyester scrim reinforcement is placed between these plies to greatly enhance tear resistance and increase service life. This results in a strong, light-weight construction that is excellent for use as a cover or liner in many conditions. The Geo-Skrim Series is manufactured in panels up to 90,000 square feet. Thickness ranges from 6 mil up to 24 mil.

Geo-Skrim 'RB' Series

GEO-SKRIM® RB20BBV incorporates high-strength reinforcement with the latest in barrier technology designed to provide an effective barrier to odor and gases. RB20BBV is manufactured with an outer ply consisting of seven-layers including an integrated core of a high performance polymer with enhanced barrier properties. This limits migration of volatile organic compounds including methane, halogenated hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and odors. The barrier layer is more effective than standard polyethylene in gas and odor control, while providing the same great strength and toughness expected from patented GEO-SKRIM® fiber reinforced membranes. Diagonal scrim reinforcement is placed between these plies to provide optimal tear resistance and increased service life. GEO-SKRIM® RB20BBV is manufactured in large prefabricated panels to provide maximum coverage and reduce site installation time and cost (fabricated panels available up to 8,000 lbs).

Geo Vex® GV12WB - 12 Mil Woven, Coated Polyethylene

Geo Vex® GV12WB is a reinforced plastic sheeting manufactured by weaving high-density polyethylene ribbons and coating them with a low-density polyethylene. This special weaving process produces a highly tear-resistant film which allows the ribbons to shift and “bunch up” in response to a tearing force. Geo Vex® GV12WB is coated on one side with black low-density polyethylene and white low-density polyethylene on the other side. The black side maximizes longevity while the white side greatly reduces heat buildup and condensation.

GeoProtect™ Woven, Coated, Reinforced Polyethylene

GeoProtect™ W12BW, W14BW, W16BW are woven coated fabrics made of oriented high density polyethylene ribbons and outer layers of a resilient UV stabilized coating. Geo Fresh™ GF RB7WB Silage Cover - Reinforced Oxygen Barrier

Geo Fresh™ GF RB7WB is a ten-layer reinforced extrusion laminate. The outer layers are produced with high-strength polyethylene resins along with EVOH barrier resin extruded into one of the layers to provide an ultra-low oxygen transmission rate. The outer layers include carbon black (black side) and UV stabilizers (white side) to increase outdoor longevity. Geo Fresh™ GF RB7WB is reinforced with a 1000 denier scrim laid in a diagonal pattern spaced 3/8˝ apart with an additional machine direction scrim every 9˝ across the width.

Geo FeedPro G™ GF A5WB1 Silage Cover

Geo FeedPro G™ Silage Cover is a white/black tri-layer film manufactured with premium grade outer layers and select recycled resins in the core. Geo FeedPro G™ contains thermal and U.V. stabilizers for longevity in outdoor exposure. The outer white layer provides excellent protection from ultraviolet rays and reflects sunlight to minimize heat build-up and help prevent spoilage. The reverse side consists of a black opaque layer of puncture resistant polyethylene to prevent light transmission from reaching the pile. Geo FeedPro G™ is readily available in standard as well as all the extra hard-to-find wide-width sizes. Geo FeedPro G™ is offered as an economical alternative to virgin resin films, while directly contributing to our environmental mission of minimizing landfill consumption through recycling.

Geo Grain™ Grain Covers are produced with our patented Geo-Skrim string reinforced material. Geo Grain™ has become the cover of choice among many of the storage facilities throughout the grain regions of the United States due to its superior features and wide range of large custom sizes. Geo Grain™ covers are manufactured using layers of high-strength polyethylene and bonding layer (s) of molten polyethylene. Diagonal polyester scrim reinforcement is placed between these plies to greatly enhance tear resistance and increase service life.
