LIQUID BINDING AGENT FOR SOIL PROTECTION:

1.0 Material Description: Polymer:
SOILOC-E is an economical, liquid blend of acrylic resins. It is supplied in a milky white, highly concentrated form to be diluted with water prior to use. Dries clear. Environmentally safe: Non-phytotoxic to plants. Meets all requirements for non-asphaltic emulsions.

2.0 Intended Use:
Construction Sites - Soil Remediation Sites - Landfills - Open Stockpiles - Rail Cars.

3.0 Bare Soil Binder:
Application rate: Covers 1 acre:

SOILOC-E (Concentrate) Water Flat surface * 55 - 165 gal 2,000 gal 1:1 slope * 75 - 165 gal 2,000 gal

* When applying with a hydro-sprayer add 200 lb cellulose fiber / acre.

4.0 Tackifier for straw or mulch:
Application rate: Covers 1 acre

SOILOC-E (Concentrate) Water Flat surface * 55 - 165 gal 1,000 gal 1:1 slope * 75 - 165 gal 1,000 gal

*When applying with a hydro-sprayer add 200 lb cellulose fiber / acre.

5.0 Stockpile Cover:
(Clay, silt, sand, coal, coke, ore, lime, tailings, ash, slag, fine powders, mulch).
Application rate: Covers 1 Acre:

SOILOC-E Water (Concentrate) 1st coat:55 - 110 gal 2,000 gal 2nd coat:55 - 110 gal 1,500 gal 3rd coat:55 - 110 gal 750 gal

* Use above application rates as general guidelines.
* When applying with a hydro-sprayer add 200 lb cellulose fiber / acre if compatible with stockpile material.

6.0 Drying Time:
3 hours - 48 hours depending on the temperature, humidity and soil moisture content. Do not apply when temperature is below 40 degrees F or rain is imminent.

7.0 Packaging:
330 gal totes, 55 gal fiber drums, 55 gal steel drums.

8.0 Caution: HARMFUL IF SWALLOWED!

8.1 Storage: KEEP FROM FREEZING!

8.2 Clean-UP:
All equipment can be cleaned with water if clean up occurs immediately after application.
