Minimum Quantity Requirement for the manufacture and fabrication of PP30 and PP40 is 40,000 lbs.  We can offer a N45B 45 Mil Reinforced in place of the PP30 and PP40 for lower quantity requirements as an option.

GeoCHEM GeoFlex PP Series products are exceptionally flexible polypropylene liners that incorporate high levels of ethylene propylene rubber into polypropylene. These polypropylene liners provide outstanding resistance to environmental stress cracking even at elevated temperatures and in aggressive chemical environments. The PP Series is available in thicknesses of 30 and 40 mil, and in panels up to 33,000 square feet.

Polypropylene geomembrane liners offer superior performance for all aspects of lining lagoons, ponds or other impoundments, floating covers and similar containments. High performance polypropylene provides the end-user with an optimum state-of-the-art liner material which is also user friendly.

GeoCHEM PP series have many other attributes such as potable water containment. Complying with the strict requirements of both the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF 61) in the United States and the WRc (BS 6290) in the United Kingdom, polypropylene is used in potable water applications. This means that our polypropylene liners are ideal for aquaculture, aquatic and hydroponics farming applications.
