Deep Spall Repair

Spalls in concrete look like round or oval-like depressions along concrete surfaces or joints. In most cases, the appearance of "flaking" is present as thin layers of concrete detach from the concrete surface. Concrete spalling is more frequent in colder climates where freeze-thaws are commonplace.

Spalling repair can be accomplished with Percol Polymers and Slurries. Spalling repair involves either resurfacing the entire concrete surface with a thin layer of polymer if the problem is widespread, or ""spot repairs"" in the affected areas.:  Technical Detail:
