Pit Mud Liners for Oil & Gas Operations
GeoCHEM provides high-performance pit liners and frac liners engineered for the rigorous conditions of oil and gas drilling operations. We specialize in large prefabricated, one-piece drop-in panels up to 8,000 pounds, reducing field seaming, minimizing installation time, and lowering total installed cost.

Available liner technologies include GeoSkrim® string-reinforced geomembranes, GeoFlex® flexible geomembranes, HDPE alloyed liners, and advanced GeoBarrier® EVOH X-Series and Y-Series gas barrier geomembranes. Thicknesses range from 6 mil reinforced liners to 45 mil reinforced geomembranes, with co-extruded sheets available up to 80 mil in smooth, textured, reinforced, and dense scrim configurations.
These liners are purpose-built for frac pits, drilling mud pits, produced water containment, and rig-site applications in harsh energy sector environments.
Above Ground Tank Liners
GeoCHEM’s HDPE Elvaloy® Alloy Flexible Tank Liners provide reliable containment for a wide range of liquids, including potable water, wastewater, treated sludge, fuels, gasoline, and hydrocarbons.
Our drop-in tank liners are fabricated for both small and large tanks (up to 12 ft high x diameter) to reduce installation labor, eliminate hot work, and ensure a precise fit. These liners deliver excellent chemical resistance, flexibility, and long service life for energy storage applications.
Soft-Ground Solutions for Access Roads & Oil Pads
For projects requiring fast, stable access over soft or unstable soils, GeoCHEM supplies the GEOWEB® Cellular Confinement System. This 3D geocell technology outperforms traditional geogrids by providing superior load distribution with a single layer, reduced maintenance, and the ability to use on-site infill materials.
