Percol GeoSet: Rapid Concrete Repair Slurry
Military-Grade Infrastructure Restoration & High-Load Pavement Stabilization
Originally engineered for the high-intensity requirements of NATO and the USAF for rapid runway repair, Percol GeoSet is a premier concrete restoration slurry designed for speed and structural endurance. This innovative "no-dig" system provides a modern, long-lasting solution for age-old pavement failures. By utilizing precision-coated, naturally rounded aggregates, GeoSet creates a high-flow slurry that penetrates deep into cracks and spalls to restore load-bearing capacity in a fraction of the time required by traditional cementitious repairs.
Key Industrial Performance Attributes
-
The "NATO Standard" for Reliability: Developed for extreme environments; repairs outlast the surrounding concrete surface and remain unaffected by severe thermal cycling.
-
Rapid Deployment & Uptime: Features a 10–15 minute pot life and cures to a traffic-ready state in as little as 30 to 60 minutes.
-
Superior Flowability: Utilizes patented polymer-coated aggregates that enhance flow and increase the overall compressive strength of the repaired zone.
-
Zero-Demolition Restoration: Eliminates the need for costly saw-cutting, jackhammering, or asphalt removal. Simply clean the debris and pour.
-
Industrial Resilience: Odorless and vapor-less formulation with exceptional chemical resistance to hydraulic fluids, aviation fuels, oils, and antifreeze.
-
Primerless Monolithic Bond: High-strength adhesion to existing concrete without the requirement of a separate bonding agent or primer.
Primary Industrial & Commercial Applications
-
Aviation Infrastructure: Rapid repair of airport runways, taxiways, and fueling aprons.
-
Logistics & Warehousing: Stabilizing high-traffic loading docks, equipment flooring, and forklift ramps.
-
Public Infrastructure: Bridge decks, highway shoulders, sidewalks, and municipal walkways.
-
Specialized Containment: Ideal for toxic waste containment areas due to its impermeable, chemically resistant matrix.
Technical Installation & Coverage Guidelines
Surface Preparation
GeoSet requires minimal preparation. Simply sweep or utilize dry compressed air to remove dirt and loose debris from the damaged area. Ensure the substrate is dry before application.
Mixing & Yield
-
Standard 5-Gallon Kit: Delivers 0.4 cubic feet of slurry, covering approximately 50 square feet at 1/8" thickness.
-
Volume Enhancement: For deep spalls or potholes, add 25 lbs of Black Rock Aggregate to the mix. This increases coverage to 0.6 cubic feet without compromising structural integrity.
-
Application: Mix using a standard hand drill or a low-cost motor mix machine. Pour directly into the repair area; the material is self-leveling and repairs precisely to-grade.
Each GeoSet 5-Gallon Kit Contains:
1. Polymer Treated Aggregates (30 lbs)
2. Polymer Component A (1/2 Gallon)
3. Polymer Component B (1/2 Gallon)
4. Anti-Skid Topping Sand (12 lbs)
