Percol Concrete Welder Hand Dispensed Polymer CartridgePercol Concrete Welder: Structural Fissure & Spider Crack Restoration

Precision Sub-Surface Welding for High-Stakes Concrete Infrastructure

Percol Concrete Welder is an ultra-low viscosity, rapid-curing polymer engineered to restore structural strength to distressed concrete. Designed for deep penetration into hairline fissures, spider cracks, and deep spalls, this "water-thin" reactive resin gravity-feeds into the concrete matrix to "weld" the slab back together. Unlike surface-level sealants, Concrete Welder creates a permanent, high-strength bond that resists freeze-thaw spalling, chemical attack, and heavy axle loads.

Key Industrial Performance Attributes

  • Molecular Bond Strength: Penetrates and re-bonds thin, wide, or deep cracks to restore the original structural capacity of roads, bridges, and parking decks.

  • Rapid Operational Re-entry: Solidifies in less than 3 minutes; repairs are ready for full traffic loads within 10 minutes.

  • Aggressive Chemical Resistance: Unaffected by salts, dilute acids, gasoline, diesel, and antifreeze—protecting the substrate from environmental and industrial erosion.

  • Year-Round Deployment: Formulated for successful application in both extreme cold and high-heat environments.

  • Low-Impact Installation: Non-flammable, peroxide-free, and nearly odorless, making it ideal for use in enclosed parking structures, warehouses, and occupied facilities.

Primary Industrial Applications

  • Bridge Deck & Runway Restoration: Sealing spider cracks to prevent moisture intrusion and re-bar corrosion.

  • Industrial Floor Stabilization: Welding cracks in high-traffic warehouses to prevent forklift tire damage and slab rocking.

  • Parking Structure Maintenance: Waterproofing slabs to stop freeze-thaw cycle degradation.

  • Infrastructure Overlays: Creating a high-traction, protective surface overlay when integrated with engineered topping sands.

Technical Application Guidelines

Hairline & Spider Crack Repair

  1. Preparation: Utilize dry compressed air to clear fissures of dust and debris.

  2. Saturation: Flood the area with Percol Concrete Welder. For large areas, apply at a rate of 1 gallon per 100 square feet.

  3. Safety Finish: Immediately broadcast Concrete Topping Sand into the uncured liquid to refusal. Sweep excess after 3–5 minutes.

Large Crack & Void Repair

  • Procedure: Fill cleaned cracks with 50-mesh or larger dry sand, then flood with Concrete Welder until fully saturated. Top with aggregate for a skid-proof finish.
