R25B Tape – 8 Mil UV-Resistant Seam & Repair Tape

R25B Tape is an 8 mil, single-sided seam and repair tape featuring an aggressive synthetic elastomeric adhesive engineered to bond instantly to properly prepared polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) surfaces.

Designed for long-term outdoor exposure, the black polymer backing and adhesive system are specially formulated to maintain performance under direct sunlight and environmental stress.

Installation Guidelines

For best performance:

1. Clean substrate thoroughly to remove dust, moisture, and contaminants.

2. Ensure surface is dry and properly prepared.

3. Align tape carefully prior to removal of the release liner.

4. Remove poly release liner and apply firm, uniform pressure.

5. Use a hand roller to maximize adhesive contact.

Proper surface preparation is essential to achieve full bond strength.
