Slip Joint Surface Repair
Flexible Polymer Repair Systems for Asphalt & Concrete Joints
Slip joint surface repair is effectively performed using Percol® Elastic Cement polymer systems, available in both machine-dispensed and hand-mixed configurations. These high-performance repair materials are engineered to restore deteriorated asphalt and concrete joints while maintaining long-term flexibility under thermal movement and traffic loading.
Percol’s machine-dispensed Elastic Cement polymers provide consistent mixing and placement for larger repair programs, while Percol Dopey Soup® hand-mixed systems offer versatility for smaller repairs, confined areas, and spot restoration. Once combined with aggregate, these materials form a rapid-setting, flexible polymer concrete designed to bond strongly to existing substrates and resist cracking, spalling, and joint separation.
